Welcome to our little gym, where fitness meets fun and every level is welcome! We’re not your usual run-of-the-mill gym. Our focus is on calisthenics—a style of exercise that uses your own body weight as resistance. From pull-ups and push-ups to squats and handstands, our training is designed to help you master your body and discover what you’re capable of.
We believe that exercise should be engaging, rewarding, and accessible to everyone. That’s why we’ve created a non-intimidating, supportive environment where you can work on your fitness goals, no matter your experience level. Whether you’re new to exercise or a seasoned pro, our classes are tailored to meet you where you are.

Hi, I’m Chris, the owner and coach here. I’m passionate about calisthenics and the transformative power of mastering your own body. My approach to fitness is rooted in constant learning and evolution, so I can bring the best techniques and insights to my coaching.
I’m excited to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with you. My goal is to make fitness enjoyable, empowering, and accessible for everyone, while helping you achieve the satisfying feeling of mastering new skills and pushing your limits. Whether it’s your first pull-up or an advanced handstand, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

Services & Pricing
There’s no pressure to commit right away. Some people start with a 1-2-1 session to see the space, meet me, and get a feel for the training before jumping into classes. Others prefer the personalized attention of 1-2-1s from the start. Whatever approach you decide on, we’re here to support you.
Group
Classes
Our group classes include a warm-up, skill work, strength and conditioning exercises, and a good stretch and cool down. It’s a tough but rewarding workout that keeps you engaged and motivated. Plus, you get to be part of a community that supports each other every step of the way.

Private 1-2-1
Sessions
For a more personalized approach, our private 1-2-1 sessions offer tailored training that focuses on your specific goals. This is perfect if you’re looking to build confidence before joining a class, or if you simply prefer individual attention.

Private Group Sessions
Want to train with your friends? We can arrange private group sessions for you and your buddies, making fitness a fun, shared experience.
Group session need a minimum of 2 people and additional people will be £15.00 thereafter.
